Kansas City, Kansas, police think they know who killed Jorge Esquivel-Ramirez. They're trying to track down a man called "El Vaca," also known as Fernando F. Soto, and they have a first-degree murder warrant with Soto's name on it.

Authorities also have warrants for attempted first-degree murder, aggravated battery, aggravated robbery, criminal discharge of a firearm at an occupied dwelling and criminal possession of a firearm. That's a whole lotta trouble.

Esquivel-Ramirez, 32, was one of three people shot in the 1200 bock of

Shawnee Avenue around 6 p.m. on January 5.

Soto, 25, is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet 1 inch and 230 pounds. His last known address was in KCK.
