Yes, that's Jabba the Hutt, the ruthless gangster who put a bounty on Han Solo's head in the Star Wars series. This snow Jabba is the creation of friend of The Pitch Lacey Storer and her boyfriend, Brad Farris. They made him this morning while trying to dig out.

Here's what Storer says about the decision to make the 600-year-old crime lord.
We were shoveling the sidewalks and had planned to make a small army of snowmen with the massive snow mound that had accumulated, but it wasn't working out. Then I noticed that the mound kind of already had the natural shape of Jabba, so we Googled a picture of him and went to work.All we need now is an enslaved Princess Leia.We estimate it took a good hour to make him (not including the time spent shoveling the snow off the sidewalks).
