According to court records, Wilson told detectives that he shot Oladipo once while trying to rob him of his laptop computer in the parking lot of a McDonald's at 6406 Troost last July. Wilson was charged today with second-degree murder, first-degree robbery
and two counts of armed criminal action.
In December, Jackson County prosecutors charged Markus
Whitelaw, also known as
"Twin," with second-degree murder after he admitted to providing the gun
used in the robbery turned killing.

According to the probable-cause statement, Whitelaw told police that
