John Breckenridge was the victim of Kansas City, Kansas, homicide

Kansas City, Kansas, police have identified the victim of Tuesday's homicide as 26-year-old John Breckenridge.

Breckenridge's body was discovered around 5 p.m. on Greeley Avenue in KCK. He was from Smithville, Missouri.
