  • It'll be a hot time, but no hot garbage.

What would Peggy Noland do with the theme "Summer in Spain" for this year's West 18th Street Fashion Show? Send a herd of blood-soaked boys dressed as bulls stampeding down the runway? Bust out a line of bikinis coated in chunks of potatoes and mussels to approximate plates of tapas? It would be outrageous, of course, but would she really top last year's hot garbage fiesta?

The world will never know because Noland isn't showing at Kansas City's premiere fashion event this year, which annually shuts down a block of West 18th Street from Baltimore to Wyandotte.

Wanna know who is?

The producers of "Summer in Spain" announced that the following designers are taking part:
Yulie Urano
