August Busch IV is being sued by the 8-year-old son of Adrienne Martin, Busch's girlfriend who died from an accidental oxycodone overdose at Busch's mansion. (She also had a lethal level of cocaine in her system.)

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported that the wrongful-death lawsuit was filed Thursday morning on Blake Alexander Martin's behalf and seeks unspecified damages from Busch for alleged "carelessness and negligence." The boy's father, Kevin Martin, is also listed as a plaintiff as the boy's guardian.

Busch's response reportedly admits that the 27-year-old model was his house guest but "denies any negligence."

Martin was found

dead in a bedroom at Busch's mansion on December 19.

Martin's toxicology report was released in February, and St. Louis County Medical Examiner Mary Case wrote the

following statement to the press:

Saint Louis County's

Office of the Medical Examiner has

completed its investigation into the death of Adrienne Martin and has

determined the cause of death to be "Oxycodone Intoxication," and the

manner of death to be "Accident."

Busch has kept a low profile since his family sold Anheuser-Busch to

Belgian beer maker InBev

for $52 billion in 2008.

Just a guess, but I imagine we'll eventually hear the word "settlement."
