Kansas State fans, it's OK to breathe. Frank Martin won't be coaching the Miami Hurricanes. The 'Canes have landed George Mason coach Jim Larranaga. This is nothing but good news in Manhattan after weeks of speculation and odd comments.
The deal is apparently done with George Mason AD Tom O'Connor telling the Associated Press that Larranaga broke the news to him this morning.
'Canes fans are probably asking, who? Or they just don't give a crap. But Larranaga does have a Final Four appearance to his credit (2006). The Patriots lost in the second round of the NCAA Tournament to Ohio State this year.
