There's no taking back on the Internet. Once it's online, it's out there. The Rev. Jacob Jester wishes that he'd never posted the photo of airport security giving an 8-month-old child a pat-down at Kansas City International Airport on Twitter. The photo has gone viral and caused an uproar among those who believe security screening has run amok.
Jester told the Associated Press that he feared the publicity would upset the
baby's mother. However, she was cool with it.
"I apologized left and right," he told the AP. "I said, 'I regret that I
tweeted the picture in the first place. But she was laughing the whole
thing off."'
A few hundred media requests might change that.
TSA officials didn't see a problem with checking out the child. They say the baby's stroller "alarmed during explosives
screening," and thus, they did a "modified" pat-down of the baby's diaper. A TSA blogger took issue with the photo's caption: "TSA Looking for Poop Bombs?"

To summarize a friend, here are 15 words never said in the English language: "Those anonymous comments debating on the internet really changed my mind about this complicated issue."
Abe, we should have drinks some time. I bet we could find some common ground. For instance, I notice in the Wayward blog you don't like William Burroughs. I couldn't get through Naked Lunch either. Let's build from there!
I wonder what the mother would think of Peter Rugg saying there is a legitimate chance her baby could have been rigged with an explosive. And not only that, but the mom MIGHT be part of the plan. These are all hypotheticals, but Peter seemed pretty confident of his theory.
