Seeing Bill Self in a leisure suit busting out his best disco moves never gets old. The Kansas Jayhawks basketball coach is promoting his third annual Bill's Basketball Boogie party, at the College Basketball Experience
(1401 Grand, next to the Sprint Center in downtown Kansas City) on Saturday, June 4.
"It's time to break out the polyester," Self told the Lawrence Journal-World.
"It's going to be a great, great time. You don't even have to be a KU
fan to attend. Everybody's going to have a great time at the party of
the summer."
This groovy night raises money for Self's Assists Foundation, which provides scholarships and grants to give young people better lives. You can still pick up tickets (click here).
