He reportedly is expected to survive. Lucky dude -- about the gunshot wound at least. The presence of the crack cocaine probably means that the rest of his life isn't what you'd describe as "lucky."
Police say the victim was arguing in the street at roughly 7:25 p.m. when a brown utility vehicle drove by, and the driver shot him as the car passed. No one has been arrested.
