Claire McCaskill says Mitch McConnell has 'lost his mind'

In the national headache that is the debate over raising the debt ceiling, Sen. Mitch McConnell had a couple of strange ideas. In one, President Obama could raise the ceiling all on his lonesome. In another, Congress would approve it, but members would be required to vote on it three times before next year's elections. They're odd and not very helpful ideas to bring to the table. And what did Sen. Claire McCaskill think of these plans? As she told Morning Joe on MSNBC yesterday, not that much. "I think Mitch McConnell, frankly, has lost his mind," she said. Oh, Clairebear, never stop being you.
