Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen is known for running his mouth to reporters. He uses slurs. He rants. And he complains. But Guillen may have finally said something worth listening to.

The skipper told ESPN reporter Doug Padilla that he likes to visit the Negro Leagues Hall of Fame when he's in Kansas City. Taking his appreciation of the museum a step further, Guillen said he thinks Major League Baseball should require ballplayers and managers to visit the hall.

"They should make them do that. They should make them go there and find

out the real history of the game and the great thing about baseball. I

don't know why they're not doing it," Guillen told ESPN.

Guillen added that

he goes every year, and players should consider chipping in to help the

troubled museum.

"First of all, help them with the museum, and we can see

what those guys went through to make us make a lot of money," he said.

What a strangely coherent and positive thought. Now that we've enjoyed a rare moment of Guillen clarity, let's enjoy some of Ozzie being Ozzie.
