Allen Mitchell charged with murder in the death of Carlos Hernandez

Kansas City, Kansas, police believe they've found who is responsible the June 25 shooting death of Carlos Hernandez. Wyandotte County prosecutors charged 29-year-old Allen Mitchell yesterday with first-degree murder.

Mitchell, 29, is also charged with aggravated robbery, aggravated battery, possession of cocaine and criminal possession of a firearm. 



Hernandez, 21, was found shot to death in an apartment on North 38th Street in KCK.

Mitchell is locked up in the WyCo jail on $1 million bond.
