Kansas City Royal Jeff Francoeur's bat went flying into the stands Tuesday night. People usually have a lot more sympathy for their fellow fans in the stands than does the blond woman in the video above. Notice as she rips the bat out of the hands of the woman who snagged it. Nice example for the children. Lots of priceless expressions, too.

I watched this a few times and the woman being accused of "grabbing" the bat, actually had it first. It landed in the seat next to her and the older woman behind her leaned over the seat and tried to snag it. Once she realized the older lady was trying to pull it away, she turns around and puts both hands on it. Fair play on her part!

Looking closely, I think she had a hand on the bat from the start. She didn't just go steal it. Two people grab the bat simultaneously, stronger one wins. I say fair play.
I was there and she made a really classy comment as she grabbed the bat. She said, "It's my fucking bat." I also mentioned to her that she was a great example for her kids.

That was some bullshit! Now those kids will think thats ok. And then they will be like the kids at our games at harbor park who knock peoples stuff to the ground and literally jump into people to get a ball that was thrown to someone by a player.
