Free cats! Come and get your free cats

You can't beat free felines. The Heartland SPCA is giving away cats, including kittens, all month long.

The Merriam animal shelter formerly known as Animal Haven has so many cats that it's waiving the adoption fee. Your new kitty comes microchipped, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and examined by a vet. You'll also get a month's worth of pet insurance. All of which they say is a $400 value.
