Price, 26, alleged hopped on the hood of the car Tuesday near Truman Road and U.S. Highway 71. He's accused of brandishing a silver semiautomatic weapon. The woman drove fast, trying to knock the guy off her car. But he stuck. So she drove to a garage at police headquarters and honked her horn. But Price allegedly reached into his waistband and threatened to kill her if she didn't drive, so the woman hit the accelerator and rammed into a garage.
After ramming the garage, Price walked toward a bus stop but was arrested.
In an interview with detectives, Price admitted to jumping on the hood of the woman's car. He also admitted that he carries a .357 handgun but claimed he didn't have it with him during this incident. He is charged with felonious restraint and unlawful use of a weapon.

good job way to put the idiot where he belongs in the city police garage so they could nab his butt and throw him in a cage that is so stupid he could have been killed if she would have shoved it in to reverse than back in drive while her foot was on the gas maybe next time he'll learn hoods are for sliding across not riding on thats what he gets
