So police were called to stop the snake tossing. But the man apparently wasn't going to go quietly. He allegedly threatened the cops with a large sword. KMBC's report says the man was subdued, although the TV station doesn't say how. I'd say the guy's lucky to be alive given his alleged Highlander act.
But the story doesn't end there.
The fella is also accused of damaging a window in the patrol car with his handcuffs on the way to the jail.
The guy was charged with aggravated assault on a law-enforcement officer, obstructing the legal process, disorderly conduct, animal cruelty and criminal damage.
Indeed, I'd say that's acting strange.
