Describe a recent triumph: We finally passed the Missouri Science and Innovation Reinvestment Act. I’ve been in five years, and I’ve worked on it every year that I’ve been down there. It’s a huge accomplishment that the speaker, the floor leader and I were able to get together and get that done.
