Kansas athletic director Sheahon Zenger is on the road looking for a football coach. Or is he? An ad on Craigslist is seeking a football coach for Lawrence, Kansas.

Hey, who needs high-priced search firms?

The ad, posted Wednesday, reads:

Exciting opportunity to build a football program from scratch. Starting core group of players will be provided, but candidate will be responsible for bringing his/her own fans. Must not be morbidly obese, nor prohibit players from kissing girls. Must be willing to accept defeat in a gracious manner, and to play second fiddle to both men's and women's basketball. Experience in Mountain West Conference not necessary, but desirable. Ability to regularly lose to cross border rival no longer a requirement.

Send Resume to P.O. Box 2-10, Lawrence, Kansas 64222

losing 50.04% of all football games in 120 years, will never erase the insurmountable bball winning % over nearly that same period. guess they don't teach maths in the South
