Cook, also known as “PutHer2GoodUse,” pleaded guilty to sex trafficking by force, fraud and coercion of a young mentally deficient woman who was tortured for several years in a Lebanon, Missouri, home.
The feds say Cook, 33, watched the woman be sexually abused and tortured during live online sessions as well as downloaded photos and videos between 2006 and 2009. Cook admitted going to Lebanon several times for sex and torture sessions with the woman.
The feds say Cook paid the woman's "master" with computer hard drives containing images and videos of bondage, domination, sadism and masochism that he had downloaded from the Internet.
Cook admitted that he knew the woman was being coerced into performing the sex acts and was unable to consent to them. Cook also admitted that he knew other men who engaged in sex and torture sessions with the woman. He witnessed the woman whipped, locked in a dog cage and shocked with multiple electrical devices.
Cook called the abuse the “most extreme” he had ever witnessed. He referred to the woman as "not that smart" and told the feds that she was "totally dependent, meek, and lacked awareness."
Cook also took credit for suggesting selling images of the woman being tortured on a website as a way of making money. He also suggested tips and techniques for torturing the woman.
The feds reached a plea agreement with Cook, who agreed to a 20-year sentence in federal prison without parole. A sentencing hearing will be scheduled following a pre-sentence investigation.
Cook was previously accused of offering a "professional killer" $20,000 to snuff out the victim and a federal prosecutor in the case. Cook allegedly tried to hire a hit man while locked up in a private jail for federal inmates in Leavenworth.
Cook is the third person in the case to plead guilty.
Dennis Henry, the 51-year-old former postmaster of Nevada, Missouri, previously pleaded guilty to his role in the conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion. He also admitted transporting the woman across state lines for sexual activity.
Henry admitted engaging in sex and torture sessions with the woman. He also said he saw photos of the woman's vagina sewn shut as a form of punishment. He told the feds he saw the woman working at a Lebanon strip club where she was forced to work. Henry is facing a 15-year sentence in federal prison without parole.
James Noel, 45, also pleaded guilty to participating in the conspiracy to commit sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion. He admitted paying to sexually abuse and torture the woman. He also admitted watching the woman being tortured with several devices in 2006 — including being electrocuted with a crank phone, which was wired inside the woman’s vaginal and anal openings and to her toes. He's facing a five-year sentence without parole.
The man accused of orchestrating it all was 43-year-old Ed Bagley, who the feds have referred to as "Master Ed." Bagley's wife, Marilyn, was indicted in March for her alleged role in the case.
The feds allege that the Bagleys engaged in sex and sexual torture with a mentally deficient woman whom they enticed into moving into their Lebanon, Missouri, trailer home when she was 16. They allegedly promised her that she'd have a "great life" and would become a model and a dancer. They were allegedly grooming her to become a sex slave, using Internet and BDSM porn to train her when she was a minor.
The feds allege that Edward Bagley "beat, whipped, flogged, suffocated, choked, electrocuted, caned, skewered, drowned, mutilated, hung and caged FV [female victim] to coerce her to become a sex slave."
The feds became interested in Master Ed in February 2009 after the woman was rushed to a hospital in cardiac arrest. Bagley had allegedly suffocated and electrocuted her during a torture session. Among the allegations in the indictment, Bagley is accused of sewing the woman's "urinary opening and vagina shut" to demonstrate what was "expected of her," nailing her labia and nipples to slabs of wood, and performing abortions on the girl.
Marilyn Bagley is accused of modeling "slave clothes" when they were allegedly recruiting the girl. Edward Bagley allegedly gave the girl marijuana and Ecstasy and showed her pornography and sadomasochism images. The feds allege that Bagley began sexually abusing the girl while she was still a minor.
The sexual torture allegedly began in February 2004 when she turned 18. Bagley allegedly had her sign a slave contract.
Marilyn Bagley is accused of posing in photographs, taken by Edward Bagley, in which she allegedly sexually abused the girl. Marilyn Bagley is also accused of telling the girl to "do as she was told" and refusing to offer her help when the girl expressed fear of Edward Bagley. The feds allege that Marilyn Bagley benefited financially from her role in the sex trafficking scheme.
Edward Bagley is accused of threatening to kill the girl if she cried for help or asked him to stop. Bagley kept several guns in the home, and he's accused of shooting animals that the girl cared for in front of her. He also allegedly bragged that there were bodies buried in the woods behind his trailer, and he allegedly threatened to bury her alive and showed her a video of how he'd do it.
Edward Bagley is also accused of advertising the girl online for sexual torture in live online sessions or in person.
Edward Bagley is accused of having the girl tattooed to mark her as his property, including a bar code on her neck, a tribal tattoo on her back to mark her as a slave, and the Chinese symbol for slave on her ankle.

So essentially you're saying, "too wrongs don't make a right... but we should do wrong." Just admit that you're more interested in revenge than justice.

It is common practice for prosecutors to overcharge, for prosecutors to alledge all kinds of crimes, to throw all kinds of mud hoping something will stick to the wall. There is not a shred of proof that any of the sensational allegations made by the prosecutors in this case are true, beyond what can be found all over the world in BDSM "edge play." I don't think BDSM edge play is safe or sane. I don't believe oral sex or anal sex is safe or sane. I don't believe homosexuality is safe or sane. I don't think the issue here should be what you are I feel is safe or sane. They guys who have already pleaded guilty in this case did so out of fear they would be railroaded. One of the guys may have tried to kill the prosecutor and the alleged victim in this case. He was willing to plea to anything to get out of those charges. What is left is the testimony of a girl who has a low IQ and is easily manipulated. Ed Bagley did manipulate her. Now her mother who abandoned her at a young age, the FBI, and some fanatic female anti-human trafficking crusader are manipulating her. She is just a pawn in a larger game to convince the public that human trafficking is rampant in the United States. Ed Bagley never should have done what he did to her. But he never broke the law. He never shot her dog. He never had sex with her before she was 18. He did entice her into becoming his BDSM "slave." Real white slavers do not force their captives to sign slave contracts. There is no compelling evidence in this case to lead anyone to believe that the female in question thought her slave contract was legally binding. There is every reason to believe she knew she could leave any time she wanted. It appears that she consented to everything. In long term BDSM relationships there are times when Doms and Dommes do not always respect safe words because they know their partners better than anyone. When a submissive's safeword is not respected, and the submissive is not okay with the situation, she will always let her Master or Dom know he did something wrong. That is the point where most submissives walk out of a relationship when their trust is violated. All evidence points to the fact this female could have left this relationship anytime she wanted. The fact that she did not do so or make a big stink is evidence of tacit consent to the whole situation. Even mentally ill, mentally deficient adults have the ability to express approval and disapproval. And to all observers it appeared this female was happy with her situation. The reality is, everything that occurred was consensual. The so-called alleged female victim had her own cell phone, gun, and computer. She worked at a strip club and voluntarily appeared in Taboo magazine. She had never been deemed incompetent by a court of law. She is legally able to sign a contract. She lived with co-worker who observed everything. Her master, Ed Bagley, and his wife did everything in their power to make her happy. She told others she was happy, and never communicated to anyone she was anything less than happy with her life or her living arrangements. There is no compelling evidence to support the most extreme allegations made by the prosecutors in this case. The guilty pleas in this case were made under duress because the defendants feared they would never be able to get a fair trial because jury members would never believe things done in the world of BDSM are consensual. The fact is everything this guy did to her is routinely done in BDSM by both males and female to other males and females the same age as the female in this case. The only difference here is the defendant is trailer trash, and there is an organization involved out to make a name for themselves, and their cause which is "human trafficking." Even though this case really has nothing at all to do with human trafficking. This case has nothing to do with white slavery. The female in question knew what she was getting into. Even today she wants to continue working as a stripper, but the FBI won't let her because that would damage their case, and their claim that Ed Bagley forced her to work as a stripper. Ed Bagley never would be prosecuted except he called an amblence for her when he though she was suffering a heart attack during an electric play session they were engaged in. The town folks who knew this female, and all those who worked with her both male and female will testify she appeared happy with her life, and never complained till Ed called an ambulance to take her to the hospital over what appears to have been a consensual act of gross stupidity.
