Kansas City loves trivia. Everyone knows it. This week, actually tonight (Wednesday) at 7:30, Geeks Who Drink are bringing Arrested Development trivia back to the Drop (409 East 31st Street).
"Basically, we're quizzing on all things Arrested Development for eight rounds, including two audio and one visual," Josh Johnson tells The Pitch. "Can't really say more, because it's a cash prize and really competitive."
Only six players per team (admission is $5 per player). Winners take home between $200 and $500 (it all depends on the number of players).
Also, tune in to Central Standard on KCUR 89.3 for a trivia-focused show this Thursday at 10 a.m. Lined up for the show are Michael Forester from RecordBar's Trivia Clash, Kris Siriwangchai from Sceenland’s ReelSmart Trivia, Roland Reschke from Retro, and Cassie Niemeyer, who does a trivia night at Flying Saucer. The quiz masters will be quizzing the audience. Should be a fun show.
