Brian Cunningham and Therman Lacy III were found dead inside a vehicle at 115 North Denver around 7:45 p.m. Monday. Police say a black man wearing dark clothing was spotted fleeing the scene on foot.
Cunningham, 27, and Lacy, 30, were both from Kansas City, Missouri.
Police have also identified 25-year-old Jachin Reedy as the victim of a homicide at 3604 Highland.
Reedy was discovered on his front porch around 10 p.m. Monday. He was suffering from severe head injuries. Reedy was rushed to a local hospital where he died.
Kansas City police have not yet released the name of the man found dead inside the New Creations Barber Shop at 3108 Troost on Tuesday afternoon. Police are investigating his death as a homicide. UPDATE: Darrell R. Williams, 40, has been identified as the victim of Tuesday's homicide. He's the 12th homicide victim of 2013.
The KCPD's latest homicide analysis, dated January 29, says there have been 11 homicides in KCMO in 2013. Two of those cases have been cleared.
