Betsy WebsterJust got the police report, and Betsy Webster was more than cited for suspicion of driving under the influence Friday morning. She was arrested.The report says Webster's silver 2001 Honda Civic rear-ended a parked Lincoln Town Car at 39th and Baltimore, injuring two people.
