The concept is simple and kind of genius: get male-female duets to sing songs about love the day after Valentine's Day. Devised by a guy named Richard Alwyn in North Carolina ten years ago, the Love Hangover took place yesterday in only four cities nationwide: Ann Arbor, Brooklyn, Raleigh and Kansas City. Why so few? Perhaps its because few places have singer-songwriter-organizers as enterprising a
