  Options for Tuesday nights are few. Once February rolls in though, there will be little room for excuses as to why you still haven't seen one of the hardest working acts in K.C.   Last week, I checked in on Trampled Under Foot, who is leaving tomorrow morning for Memphis to perform at the 25th Annual International Blues Competition. They are set to perform at the opening kick-off show Wednesday night at the New Daisy Theater on Beale Street with previous IBC winners. As previously mentioned, the Kansas City Blues Society entrant is King King, the rootsy-rockabillyish three-piece from KCK.   The returns are in: No love for King King. The Kansas City Blues Society's pick to compete in the 25th Annual International Blues Competition came up short as the South Florida Blues Society entrants JP Soars and the Red Hots took the best band category.
