Designer Peggy Noland's shop on 18th Street undergoes radical transformations every few months. Until a week ago, stepping into the shop was like walking into a cloud. Now, it's like a baby's playroom on 'roids. Every inch of the place is covered in stuffed animals, which Noland collected from friends and garage sales and through solicitations on Craigslist. What do you do when the tap-dancing percussion section of your band gets pregnant? Go on tour! Duh. Tilly and the Wall were joined by Lawrence locals Fourth of July and Fortuning Saturday night at the Granada. Dancer Jamie Pressnall, the band's sole percussionist, subtly announced (wearing a Peggy Noland dress complete with baby and umbilical cord) she is five months pregnant.
