The returns are in: No love for King King. The Kansas City Blues Society's pick to compete in the 25th Annual International Blues Competition came up short as the South Florida Blues Society entrants JP Soars and the Red Hots took the best band category.

Back in October, Home Depot co-founder, Bernie Marcus, called the Employee Free Choice Act the "demise of a civilization." Now, it's come to our attention that 1819 Central Gallery is going to do a show entitled "Mid America Manifesto," a poster artists' exhibit of work from Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Iowa, and Nebraska.
