2009 KCK Street Blues Festival

This past Friday and Saturday, blues folk from all around gathered at 13th and State Avenue to hear 21 different acts, including nationally known Chicago-Kansas-City blues mashup guitarist Glenn Patrik, Living Heritage Tribute award recipient Diane "Mama" Ray and local favorites Lee McBee & the Confessors, Scottyboy Daniels Blues Band and Eugene Smiley.

It's just not a blues festival without Levee Town (l-r, Brandon Hudspeth, Jan Faircloth, Jimmie Meade).
