"All this and more on YouTuuube!," shouts, we presume, the guy who shot this sideways video of two of KC's finest grappling with, cuffing, and eventually apprehending two of Rockfest's drunkest. Ah, just listen to the cheers and cackles when one of the cuffed men tries to escape into the crowd.
