All-Ages Punk Venue Shut Down by Cops Last Night

We're Fucked at the Anchor

Last night's Seasick show at the Anchor ended early when two cop cars, a paddywagon, and a fire marshal arrived. The confrontation went amicably, with fewer flipped cars and middle fingers than may be imagined, but left the Anchor saddled with a list of necessary building repairs and the future of Kansas City's all-ages venues, again, in peril.
