Multitaskers the Ssion posted two new videos this week and revealed their talents for both public access television and black magic. The first video comes from Chicago’s surrealist children’s show, Chic-a-go-go. The second, a half-speed remix of "A Wolves Eye", comes (most probably) from the sexual imagination of a feral child, rehabilitated and forced to suffer the dual trauma of scouting and religious education. At least, that's our best guess.

I am not an artist or musician. I just know what I like and no offense to you Flannery I may have spoke in hast. But I just dont understand what is appealing about SSION. You have done nothing wrong Flannery in writing this article I just think it sucks to see the same people every week inside of the pitch. Bands all over the lawrence/kc scene post things every week but they are never spot lighted. All I am asking is to see like a month of the pitch playing catch up and highlighting artist that always get overlooked for instance: margo may and the honey babes. They have beautiful music but I have never you guys say anything about them. The pitch never mentioned the acb's until people started going to their shows then suddenly then they have an infectious pop record....and are on the cover of the magazine. where before they were just part of the overlooked. That tells me the reader that the pitch cant distinguish what is good so they sit and wait until a band makes a connection with a local keyholder then they become a top dog. sorry for the rant all i am saying is....go discover new things...until then i will read ink magazine.
Well, what have you done lately?
If you make music or art, send it to me, and if it's good, I'll write about it. No kidding!
Why do you guys cover this shit? Is there not anything better to talk about? This SSION stuff is all a one trick pony decent music videogame music and stupid visuals of people decked out in makeup playing unrealistic characters. These cats are actors I pride their ability to stay in character thats about it.
