One of these days, Life in Jersey -- the KC band with the most perplexing moniker -- is going to release a full-length album called Plotted Points. In the meantime, the earnest rockers offer a tease: A new song called "A Sudden Change" is now the only thing streaming on LiJ's MySpace profile. It sounds a lot like the stuff on Skeletons, an EP the band put out last year. Although the post-hardcore influence is obvious, LiJ's melodic guitar rock rarely gets too heavy. But the singer's gritty voice makes it all sound so serious.
