Adventures in the studio with Jason Hall and State and Madison

Posted by Crystal K. Wiebe on Mon, Apr 6, 2009 at 3:23 PM

Recording is hard work, man. Especially when you have to get up before 8 a.m. to do it. Sometimes you just need a break from the studio -- to roll a tire down a grassy hill or to tell stories about changing tires, piss drunk, at 1 in the morning. That's a little a taste of what happens in this video adventure, featuring briefly shirtless local producer (and Hundred Years War singer) Jason Hall working with Chicago piano pop act State and Madison. I found the video in a MySpace bulletin posted by their friends Life in Jersey.

I suppose that's true. But personally, I'd like to see more J. Hall videos -- you're a very entertaining fellow. ;)

If you're gonna lay low, you've gotta stay off YouTube, J. Hall!
