Viva Voce, the two-piece, man-drummer-plus-woman-guitarist (like the Stripes in reverse, instrumentally speaking, except both sing, so maybe they're more like their labelmates Mates of State) band from Portland known for not fucking around is coming to the Record Bar, bringing songs from their May 26 release Rose City.
