The Smiths' back catalog will be back in print on vinyl on August 11. The records were remastered, with the sessions supervised by Johnny Marr. The records are getting repressed on 180 gram vinyl.
It's been a good long while since all of these records have been easily available. which means this isn't going to be cheap. Expect to pay something in the vicinity of $22-25 apiece for each of these reissues. Considering that they all regularly go for about the same price used on eBay, it's a bit of a bargain. And, no, there's no Louder Than Bombs or Hatful of Hollow. Those are both compilation albums, and it's just the four proper studio albums that are getting this treatment.

The idea of dropping a cool $200 on Smiths records for the two of you sounds appealing, but I'd prefer they stay in my greedy little mitts.
