Attention local DJs: Here's your new dance jam of the summer. A random Vimeo search led uber-Plogger Justin Kendall to this brand new video from Sydney, Oz-stralia, band Sneaky Sound System.
The song is "Kansas City," and its catchy-as-hell chorus, as if lifted from a souvenir T-shirt, goes Somebody in Kansas City loves me. The video is vaguely Wizard of Oz-themed, with sultry belter "Miss Connie" (or a marionette playing her) dressed as Dorothy. Any resemblance to the movie ends there, however, as club scenes and rocket ships and candy factories fill the set to a globular disco beat.
