Video: Whoop Dee Doo's "I Wanna Be Your Lover"

The Kansas City Art Institute's "Whoop Dee Doo" project put a new video up last week. If you're unfamiliar with the whole things, Whoop Dee Doo is, according to their site:

"a kid-friendly faux public access television show featuring pre-planned performances accompanied by live audience participation (Kind of like a radical talent show!!)."

It is pretty amazing that this is a bunch of kids putting this on. Sure, there's art institute students behind it, but it's kid-based, which always makes for totally fun stuff that strips away the irony.

Of course, it's hard to strip away all the irony, because the new video is by La Bionda, an early '80s Italian electronic duo. It's bouncy and fun, nonetheless, however, so you should take a peek below.

I guess if you're gonna pick on somebody and your already a blogger, better pick on 'art kids.'
