Kansas City schools start today, Lawrence schools started last week, and KU gets going on Thursday, so I figured a selection of songs about scholastic endeavors would be appropriate. If you're going back to school yourself, think of them as elegies to your misspent summer vacation. If you've kids going back to school (like me), think of them as exultations of joy.
