Download the Used Kids' Yeah No

Posted by on Mon, Aug 17, 2009 at 2:00 PM

The Used Kids want everyone to download Yeah No, so they've made it available for free. If you like it, and you don't plan on buying the LP, please consider donating a few bucks to the cause. They worked hard on it.

A good amount is between $3 and $5 -- if you have PayPal, you can click on the link shown on this page, it's as simple as that.

The Used Kids has members of Modern Machines, Cheeky, and the Ergs, making the band a total power-pop powerhouse. There's a track on this album, called "Doomed to Be Alone" that rocks an organ like crazy, and it's followed up with "I Know You're Mine," which has bassline that recalls the Jam's "A Town Called Malice," and those two songs back-to-back are worth taking the five minutes to download this. If you like garagey pop like the Exploding Hearts, you really owe it to yourself to get this.
