Download the Sexy Accident's Mantoloking

Posted by Nick Spacek on Fri, Aug 28, 2009 at 9:00 AM

The Sexy Accident's new album, Mantoloking, is available for free download on the band's website. Come to think of it, so are all of the Sexy Accident's poppy, bouncy albums.

This means that while you're entering your name and e-mail to get on the band's mailing list (fear not, as they promise to share with no other parties) and get the download, you can do it twice more, and get yourself Kinda Like Fireworks and Tourism. The albums are offered in MP3, FLAC, and lossless WAV. This is a band that is tech-savvy and knows what sounds good.

Interesting facts regarding the album's title:

Third full-length record by The Sexy Accident. Named after an affluent seaside town in New Jersey. Also the name of the riskiest of risky collateralized debt obligations (CDOs) that precipitated the mortgage and financial crisis.

Since the Sexy Accident made Mantoloking available for free download via a variety of outlets on Friday, Aug 21 at 11pm, the record has been downloaded in full

over 2600 times, with 1600 full album downloads within the first 24 hours.

So now you know. And knowing is half the battle.

I think that one of the ways that can give Pakistan a financial boost is the introduction of outdoor turism in Pakistan. Pakistan has a lot to give to western turists and can gain a lot from openning doors.
