MP3: AFI, "Ziggy Stardust"

In a tie-in with the release of their new album, Crash Love, and the tour in support of it, AFI released a live recording of them doing David Bowie's "Ziggy Stardust."

It's okay, I suppose. Versions that trump it: Grade's (specifically the version on Victory Style 5), Guided By Voices', and the Moog Cookbook's. It does bear posting and mentioning, however, as AFI plays the Uptown on Friday, November 6.

You missed the "Ziggy Stardust" cover that trumps all the ones you listed! The Bauhaus version nearly out-Bowies Bowie himself.
