L.A. streetpunk act the Briggs have posted their take on the holiday classic "Silent Night."
Entitling the track "Silent Night (Not So Silent)," as well as the fact that the Briggs are, well, a punk band, might give you some indication as to the direction the guys go with the tune.
It's pretty rocking, but the definitive take on the tune was done by the Dickies (coincidently, also from Los Angeles) about thirty years ago. Nice effort by the Briggs, though. Certainly less nasal than Leonard Graves Phillips.
