The new video for Kansas City's the Belated is 95% serious. Straight-faced rocking, hot bulbs, chess pieces, a very difficult homework assignment and the doodliest bassline ever -- these are some of the more salient somber elements.
But then, to fill that remaining five percent, they pull KC's wildest card: Ricardo Mejia! Here's a screencapped glimpse of everyone's favorite midtown nightlife mascot and Clothes Whores muse.
