Can anyone explain the point of this to me?

Posted by Nick Spacek on Mon, Feb 22, 2010 at 4:29 PM

In this video from director McG, Kirsten Dunst sings the Vapors' "Turning Japanese" while dressed as Sailor Moon, dancing through Tokyo's Akihabara shopping district. Akihabara is known as the place where you can find pretty much every nifty electronic gadget ever made. There was a great little article on it back in December's issue of Wired. What that has to do with the star of Bring It On singing an '80s one-hit-wonder, I have no goddamn clue.

I can't explain it but I'm strangely captivated by this video.
