Come Saturday, April 10, you will have a chance to see every goddamn bluegrass thrash band this area has to offer. Do you like bands that play bluegrass fast and punky? Have a high tolerance for people with dogs, babies wearing nothing but cloth diapers, and children allowed to "find their own way"? This is your show.
The L-Town Throwdown is an all-day event at the Granada in Lawrence. Doors are at 2:00 p.m., and the show goes from 3:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. There will be five stages and food vendors. Kids 6 and under are free, and advance tickets are $10, and $13 day of show.
