Deer Tick gives you a new song to request this weekend

Deer Tick plays the Jackpot this Sunday, April 11, and just in time for that show, they've released a song from The Black Dirt Sessions.

The album comes out June 8 on Partisan Records, and if this track is any indication, may actually follow up on the press release's description of the album as " a deeply personal record" from a band "pouring its collective heart out."

In any case, I enjoy this way more than anything I've heard from the band lately. This is certainly more enjoyable than anything off Born On Flag Day.
