Chelsea Handler -- famous for Chelsea Lately, her late night comedy show on E! -- is sounding off at Starlight tonight on her Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang tour. Catch the comedian's bitchy stories by buying tickets here; last time we checked, there were still seats left. If you want Chelsea to insult you in person, you can stop by Rainy Day Books in Fairway, where she'll be signing her new book.

If you dig experimental noise, stop by Foundation KC tonight and catch the last night of Under the Radar's experimental, industrial and electronic music exposition in the West Bottoms. The line-up includes locals I Love You and Actors and Actresses, as well as Zilmrah O from New York, and Fluid and Sinjo Thraw Mash from Illinois. Their names are awkward to say, sure; but, it's unlikely that anyone will overhear a wrong pronunciation over the waves of thrashing, cacophonous noise that these bands will roll out tonight.

For those who dig something a bit less avant-garde (but still fancy obscene performance art), Gil Mantera's Party Dream will be making messes at the Riot Room tonight, with the help of fuzzy garage-rockers Harlem. As we recounted in our preview, concert-goers can hope for trampolines, costume chances and public hair set aflame, along with a heavy dose of synthesized '80s kitsch. Locals Lazy K and the Rich Boys set the night off.
