Band of Horses at the Blue Note

Posted By on Thu, May 27, 2010 at 10:57 AM

You might have caught them opening for Pearl Jam's epic two-and-a-half hour show at the Sprint Center not too long ago, but indie-folk rockers Band of Horses are stopping by the Blue Note on July 14 all by their lonesome. The band is out supporting its new album, Infinite Arms, which finds frontman Ben Bridwell's honeyed rasp backed by more of the band's signature raucous folk-rock and introspective, twangy ballads.

Check out the band's recent performance on Letterman. If you dig it (and don't mind the two-hour trek), the pre-sale for the Columbia date is hopping. Click here, and enter in the code word (hint: it's the name of the song the band is serenading you with below).
