At RecordBar, Katlyn Conroy -- who we just profiled in last week's print edition -- plays on a bill with fellow Lawrence act Tut Tut and North Dakota's Secret Cities. "Richly orchestrated electronic ballads," says Elke. 

At Czar Bar, it's more of a down-home feel, with Cincy cowpunk act 500 Miles to Memphis and the easygoing Americana of local group Expassionates. That's an early show, with doors at 8 p.m.
