Chicago's Lakesigns is streaming some impressive, jazz-inflected folk rock on its Myspace page that I'd recommend checking out. The band's at the Replay this evening. 

Two local alt-country-ish shows: Grisly Hand at the Brick, with Roman Ships. And Sons of Great Dane at RecordBar, with Brainbow, Cherokee Rock Rifle, and Hotdog Skeletons.
